School holidays can be interesting with finding a routine to exercise Nd eat well ESPECIALLY if you’re use to heading to a gym or somewhere without the kids or lack of motivation.
Some #wellnesswednesday school holiday Tips from me:
✔️Set yourself a goal ( how many days will you exercise and why? What foods / plan is aligned with that AND have some flexibility for “treats”) ✔️BOOK IN your exercise : that’s right even if it’s an at home workout- book it into your day, otherwise it’s easy to fill it up with something else ✔️ Something is better than nothing! If doing an at home workout it’s the mindset going into it that matters - don’t get bothered if you can’t exactly get the sweat on you’re after, or if kids come out to interrupt or climb all over you- EXPECT THAT & remember here... SOMETHING is better than nothing
OR
✔️Get active WITH your kids! Go for a walk/ play - did you know running around with the kids can burn off a lot of calories!? Plus THEY will love it OR
✔️Find a group workout that’s kid friendly and head on down!
Let me know how you go 😚💪🏼💕 Ps loving my new leggings from @flamingobox.co 😍😍 perfect fit and colour for this mumma!
