Serve with a garnish of chopped green onion and sesame seeds. <br />Beef Bulgogi<br /><br />Total Time: 1 day for marinade + 5 minutes for frying<br />Serves: 2-4<br /><br />Ingredients <br />1 lb thinly sliced rib eye <br />1 package NOH Korean BBQ Seasoning<br />1 yellow onion, sliced<br />½ cup cooked white rice<br />1 green onion, sliced for garnish<br /><br />Directions <br />1. Combine contents of package with ½ cup water and place in a large freezer bag along with the rib eye steak and sliced onion. Marinate for 4 hours or overnight, for best results. <br />2. Let the meat come to room temperature before cooking. Once ready oil pan then fry the beef in small batches, to not clutter the pan.  Cook for about 3 minutes until cooked through and onions are soft. <br />3. Serve over a bed of white rice and top with sliced green onion.

Directions
1. Combine contents of package with ½ cup water and place in a large freezer bag along with the rib eye steak and sliced onion. Marinate for 4 hours or overnight, for best results.
2. Let the meat come to room temperature before cooking. Once ready oil pan then fry the beef in small batches, to not clutter the pan. Cook for about 3 minutes until cooked through and onions are soft.
