YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS THIS!<br />⠀ <br />Accountability<br />⠀ <br />Structure<br />⠀ <br />Support<br />⠀ <br />These are all the things I was missing when I started my journey<br />⠀ <br />Sure I had a few friends that were my support that were doing the same thing as me but our jorneys were very different<br />⠀ <br />I honestly just tried to wing it<br />⠀ <br />I had no clue what I was doing<br />⠀ <br />but I sure as hell was determined to figure it out<br />⠀ <br />I became obsessed, constantly reading on the internet<br />⠀ <br />Obsessed over my macro numbers, I wanted them to be perfect!<br />⠀ <br />I was obsessed over the gym, if I didn't make it, I was very grumpy<br />⠀ <br />Looking back I wasn't free, I was trapped<br />⠀ <br />My life revovled around the gym and<br />what my next meal was going to be<br />⠀ <br />It was very hard for me to go out to eat <br />because I had already planned my day to be perfect and that meant my "PERFECT" day was ruined.<br />⠀ <br />Or I would spend a lot of time stressing...trying to rearrange my day so I could enjoy going out to eat with friends or family<br />⠀ <br />"I was trying to be "PERFECT" in a CONSISTENT world"<br />⠀ <br />Thats NOT how it should be!<br />⠀ <br />You shouldn't feel <br />⠀ <br />❌Trapped <br />⠀ <br />❌Restricted<br />⠀ <br />❌Guilty<br />⠀ <br />❌Ashamed <br />⠀ <br />You should be able to enjoy what you<br />are doing<br />⠀ <br />Your "diet"and training should revolve<br />around YOUR LIFESTYLE...
