If you usually find Rieslings too sweet, may I recommend this absolute love letter to the varietal from @TherapyVineyards. The nose is floral in the way of aromatic whites, with a lovely white blossom and a crisp citrus note.

On the palette, a burst of lime and a thrilling minerality (for me anyway, bring on the rock licking) together with a medium body and a hint of underlying tropical fruit make this a summer refresher to remember. A long finish makes this a stellar candidate for cellaring although to be honest I drank it all. 💁🏻♀️ Maybe next time.
