Sabro is understandably a love or hate hop but this beer by @browar_piwnepodziemie is to me a very lovely sabro neipa at 6.2% abv. You'll find aromas of blood orange zest, pomelo, carambola, unripe honeydew melon, wintergreen, thyme, yellow curry coconut cream, yuzu, lime, parsley, sweet rose, gooseberry, redcurrants/lingonberries... Pretty wild for a neipa but that's what sabro is about and the juicy mouthfeel with dryness in this beer makes it a must try and a sessionable one too. Truly unique profile that reminds and displays similar qualities as sorachi ace. Beer is very
