Revisiting my favorite nacho in the Twin Cities! This nacho stands out because of its bright freshness. Usually I dock points for lettuce, but this was perfectly done and not out of a bag. Combined with fresh jalapenos, diced tomato, and fantastic guac, it's just so refreshing. The barbacoa is perfectly done. Only gripe I have is that the chips are a bit thin and got soggy quicker than I wanted. 4.25/5 points. Go get this nacho and a marg! #chiptrip #nachoquest
