What a epic #spartanrace weekend with the amazing #spartanbeast race being held in the beautiful but demanding mountains of #bigbearmountain , running up and down #snowsummitbigbear was no joke and to quote a amazing runner and inspiration @joerockit “the soles are tired but the soul is happy” is a understatement for me, the calm before the storm is what you see here, the energy at the starting line, the teamwork and support along the way, the obstacles that test your grit and determination, I failed 1 obstacle and did my penalty lap then moved on to crush the rest of the remaining 29 obstacles and also finished 1hr and 10 minutes faster then my last run in Big Bear, then I got to enjoy the best recovery drink I know of,my favorite @fitaid was there handing out cold refreshing #fitaid and also sent me home with some #fitaidgo !!!
