I love that feeling of newness and openness when I've just shaved my head. And the excitement of what's coming next..... the hot shower of pulsing water on my head and body.... I never get tired of that invigorating feeling! But maybe that's just me.
Perhaps you get a similar feeling when you feel renewed in some way, with a new eating plan, or new exercise routine, or a something new that you're learning about......
