Happy Momday & Cousins Week!
Ain’t nobody crazier than your cousins on your mama’s side. This is true for us Matthews girls and I cannot wait until tomorrow because they arrive for a week-long stay. As the baby cousin from the country, I might not have grown up with them but I sure had a blast visiting these city girls when I was younger. They made family events fun and there are so many happy memories from time spent at our grandparents.
As adults, life has taken us to different places but distance can’t keep us apart. We still have a great time when all together, whether it be shopping, sipping cocktails, catching up on family happenings, or even just sitting in comfortable silence. I’m blessed to have such special cousins and once again, my happy cup runneth over (hopefully with some Bourbon Sweethearts ;).
