Colleen Wing recruits Iron Fist to come up to Canada and act as Jeryn Hogarth’s bodyguard. When he gets there, Colleen and Danny learn that Jeryn(Rand family lawyer and legal representative for Heroes For Hire) is being held prisoner by the Mercenary known as Sabertooth(1st Appearance). The parallels between Sabertooth and Wolverine are striking. They have similar powers and fighting styles, and almost identical speaking patterns, right down to the “Bub”.
Iron Fist throws down with Sabertooth and defeats him, even after being snow-blinded. Iron Fist is able to utilize his other senses and his superior fighting style.
