These Ladies battled this weekend.
Game 1 lost by 5 to a team who beat them by 20 2 weeks ago. Back and forth game.
Game 2 huge WIN by 15 points.
Game 3 today Double Overtime loss by 2 Points where they were down 5 with 17 seconds left steal layup. Forced a TO then banged a 3 at the buzzer for OT. Ref called off a game tying layup in double OT that would of put them in Suddem Death. The shot was definitely out her hands before the buzzer. Heartbreaker.
Game 4 which was immediately after the double ot game lost by 3 points they just had no legs throughout the game.
Overall I couldn't of asked for anything else. 3 games where we had a chance to win in the final mins of the games.
Last 2 Practices have been great and these Ladies sure showed up to play this weekend.
Sometimes the outcome isn't what we want but the way they played together as a team is what matters.
Definitely a fun weekend to Coach with these Ladies !!! Learn from the little mistakes and get better together.
That double OT game sure was wild !!!!!
