Grace 07.
『Pua Kepalo』
When I wake up
I'm in the woods.
The sky peeking through
the trees with many layers of light.
It is a warm home
for animals that is quiet.
Food is scarce,
but animals live quietly with flowers.
I wanted to stay as I was,
still as the world is never still.
Not in midsummer but
the moment before the first flower forms.
The moment nothing is as yet past.
What was my crime in another life,
as in this life my crime is sorrow.
That I'm not to be
permitted to ascend ever again,
never in any sense permitted
to repeat my life wrapped around
the guardian tree of June, hawthorn.
Where one finishes,
the other begins.
On top,a band of blue,
underneath,a band of
green and gold, green and deep rose.
The extremes are easy,
only the middle is a puzzle.
Midsummer everything is possible…
Nothing can be
protected by kindness alone.
And the sacrifice
paid once never returns.
If I can…
…stop one Heart
from breaking I shall not live in vain,
…ease one Life
the Aching or cool one Pain,
or help one fainting Robin unto
his nest again I shall not live in vain.
The gentle breath of bougainvillea…
looks up at the dawn sky
as if taking a deep breath.
"Are you ready and
resolution to become a devil ?"
Prior to flowering,
the epoch ofmastery before.
A time of superiority,
neither possessed nor possessed.
Everyone knows that it is "true kindness"┈
『九重葛』
目覚めると森の中
幾重もの光を帯びた
木々の間から覗く群青模様
静まり返るそこは
動物たちの温かなお家
食べ物は少ないけれど
動物たちが花と共に静かに暮らしている
決して静止する
ことのないこの世界で
私は暫く
そのままでいたかった
夏の盛りではなく
最初の花が生まれる前の一瞬
まだ何も
過去にはなっていない瞬間
今世の私の罪が
悲しみだとしたら
前世で私が犯した
罪とは何だったのか
どんな意味に於いても
もう二度と登ることは許されず
六月の守護樹､山楂子に巻きついた
この人生を繰り返すことは決して叶わない
ひとつの終わるところに
もうひとつの物語が始まる
上は帯状の青
下は緑と金の縞、緑と深い薔薇色
両極は易しく
中間だけが解けないパズル
真夏､全てが可能に見える時
優しさ
だけでは何も守れない
一度支払われた犠牲は
二度と戻ることはない
もしも
ひとつの心が
壊れるのを止められるなら
ひとつの命の
疼きを和らげられるのなら
またはその痛みを
鎮められるとしたのなら
あるいは
気を失いかけた駒鳥を
巣に戻してあげられるとしたのなら…
ブーゲンビリアの凝らす息が
深呼吸するように未明の空を振り仰ぐ
"貴方は悪魔になる
覚悟と準備ができているか"
花の咲く直前の時間
才能やしるしの現れる前
所有することも
されることもない優越の時代
私たちは皆
それが本当の優しさだと知っている
