This place rocks!
The majestic and the mighty - towering walls over 80 metres high either side of King George River, Kimberley. Ancient Wharton sandstone escarpments comprising block-like formations suggestive of (using some imagination!) colossal organic apartment buildings.
The vast scale of the region is breathtaking. Step back approximately two billion years in time, to a period of topographical upheaval. Continental collisions formed ranges and sandstone escarpments, deep gorges and valleys edged by soaring cliffs.
