I love this story….. A young couple wanted to stop paying their landlords mortgage😎. So they enlisted the help of her mom 💕 to co-sign on the mortgage 💰 since they were still in school📚. I helped them buy this cutie in Erwin, NC🥰. They moved in & diligently paid their mortgage every month. Graduations 🎓 happen and then of course new jobs…. We SOLD 🏡 this one for $65,000 more than what they bought it for just 2 years ago!!! Now, they will be able to use that money towards a downpayment 💵 for their new home 🤩with more space and in a better location for their new jobs 🙌🏻. Congrats Jon and Emily!! 💛
