I was having a hard day the other day, just one of those days where you feel defeated.
Then later that day, my daughter comes up to me and hands me this picture.
My heart instantly felt so full and it walked me step back into my power, knowing that we are the creators of our reality, how we perceive something is a choice we make, we can choose to continue to feel defeated, or we can witness it as a challenge that is needing more of your attention.
A happy soul is the best defense for a difficult world. Just think if we could all see more of the good in the world vereses the bad, how different our world could be?
