**MULTIPLE CIVILIAN RESCUES**
Arrival footage of first due companies who then removed 4 occupants from the structure heavily involved by fire.
The other night just before 0600 hrs, Riverside tour 4 was alerted to 50 Madison Ave on a report of a fire. Crews arrived with heavy fire showing from the A side with multiple people trapped and hanging from the windows. A second alarm was immediately transmitted and L3 raised a 28 foot ground ladder to the 3rd floor.
An adult male hanging out the window was removed. L3 then went back into the 3rd floor apartment, despite the first and second floors being heavily Involved in fire rapidly extending upward with heavy smoke throughout, and located an infant and a child who were then removed via the same ground ladder.
Engine 4 and rescue 2 then located an adult female who was removed via the interior stairs.
OUTSTANDING hands down phenomenal job by all operating on scene. Teamwork and bravery paid off in dividends to get the job done.
