Today I went to sculpt hot yoga with my gf Maeve and it has been quite some time since I was able to workout again. It was an incredibly intense workout but I made it through! Health is important to me and although I’m not as strong and toned as I was from 2 years ago I’m excited for how my body can transform!(Photo from 2 years ago)
