Welp. We got knocked out of the APA 9-Ball World Pool Qualifiers today after an incredible first match! Our first set was at 10a. By the 3rd match (out of 5), we were down 20-40 match points. I think it went 4-16, 4-16, 12-8. I get thrown play against the team's captain and win 15-5. We go into Sudden Death and our team captain wins 17-3! Was such an incredible feeling coming back from a huge deficit!

The 2nd set at 2pm started out rough, but we practically were toe to toe. The 5th match was said to not be sudden death according to the other team. In the middle of the match, we were told it was supposed to be sudden death so the match gets calculated accordingly. Crappy, but oh well 🤷🏻♀️ Our 6 and their 5 only needed 12 pts more each. The other dude breaks so dang good, pocketing the 9 + 2 balls for 8 pts total. Dude breaks dry and doesn't leave a shot for our guy. A safety is played, but sold out..

All in all, we all played well throughout this week. We will be back at it for APA 🎱 World Pool Qualifiers starting Monday... we are going to shoot our best and the goal is to win our way to Worlds! I effing LOVE this team!!!
