Carmen reached out to me to photograph his surprise proposal to Katie and it was magical! Downtown Annapolis was covered in a thick fog, which made it even more unique. Katie was completely surprised, her reaction was absolutely precious. Carmen put a lot of thought into the moment, he chose the spot right by their first apartment together. It was lovely.
