đź“Ł Lobbying for repealing the Utility Tax đź“Ł
Tristan from @climatereality_orangecounty joined Reform & Sustain when we met with the offices of our representatives @senator_umberg & @asmcottie to ask them to repeal the Utility Tax provision in AB 205. It was great seeing advocacy in action. 🌍 This year is an election year, and voting, lobbying, and participating in climate voter action are simple ways for individual’s to take the next step to have a broader impact than they can have as an individual. Joining local climate groups like ours and/or attending workshops like our co-hosted Intro to Climate Advocacy workshop are great ways for climate lovers at any step of their climate journey to learn and participate.
