So last batch was so ridiculously liked by hubs I had a massive confidence boost and gave out almost all my spare jars. The other day I saw another bunch of chillis on my chilli bushes and thought well, let's do it again. Only this time the chilli harvest wasn't actually as big as last time so I didn't have to use as much sugar 😂 had a bit leftover that I couldn't fit into the jars and in a bout of genius thought I'll just blend it all into a hot sauce... perfect fit, whodda thought...
