🌟 This Monday, I decided to make the most of the early morning vibes and set out on a spontaneous micro-adventure with my trusty sidekick, Robin, the motorcycle. 🏍️
Destination: Rannoch Station 🚂, situated at the end of a breathtaking stretch of lochs from Tummel to Laird, with the iconic Glencoe marking the grand finale. 🏞️ What makes Rannoch Station extra special? It's one of the most remote train stations, a serene spot where you can catch a train to Corrour, the most remote station in the UK! 🚞
2024 Goal Unveiled: Camping at Corrour! ⛺️ Imagine standing there, surrounded by the calming melody of water and wind, not a single voice or the hum of a car in earshot. It's my personal reset button – just an hour away from home. 🕰️
Corrour holds a special place in my heart, not only for its tranquility but also as the filming location for famous train-spotting scenes. 🎥 So, in 2024, I've set my sights on hopping on that train, pitching a tent at Corrour, and immersing myself in the beauty of silence. 🏔️
