Heck, I got my first sunburn of the season yesterday!
That's the Factor Eleventybillion out for the rest of the year then...
It was a beaut of a day though. Still, warm, sunny, & with a sprinkling of noisy pheasants. (In the allotments, round the Walls, in the playpark, in the gardens along the Pier road.. 😄)
It was the perfect day for the beach, & at the far end where it's quieter there were large mixed flocks of Oystercatchers, Redshanks, & I think, Sandpipers, plus a pair of Mallards, a Wagtail, & lots of cheeky crows; & on the mudflats, Mute Swans & Curlews.
All the sights & sounds of Spring all around.
So uplifting, despite the sunburn. ☺️
