What @beckyawells didn't bruise on Tuesday, @flexipop_yoga did on Thursday (even my armpits!). Note to self: don't wear the cheese grater jumper to hoop again! I am so thankful, though, for a space such as @aerialempireleeds where failure and success are both celebrated and welcomed. A place where I feel comfortable enough to have a go at something without fear of being terrible the first time. I can now look at those bruises and these pictures and say 'I will succeed, because I have people (including the wonderful wife @rorasparks) supporting me every step of the way.
I also managed to finally get my top bar pike- twice! (Though this went unfilmed)
