Have you heard about the baddest Fiesta ST direct injection solution on the market? @nostrumhp was kind enough to work on the solution for this after we maxed out there 30% over injectors at 411whp on Full E85 paired with there hpfp and our Phul pump Lpfp upgrade. The team over at Nostrum put in some work and got us the highest flowing injectors this platform has saw yet 🙈 rated at 60% over by Nostrum and the data doesn’t lie these injectors actually flow 76% over stock (2900psi max) at 3400psi (max pressure rating of the Nostrum hpfp) We were lucky enough to test these injectors for nostrum and confirm the data pre release. I must say these things will go above and beyond on full e85 what any stock engine 1.6 is capable of. We repeated the 411whp with essentially the same tune as our previous 411 on our first pull of the day during testing! The data was pnp, no guess work. We then turned the car up little by little and made multiple 420+whp pulls on the @auto_precision_llc dyno. To settle at 430whp/356wtq. This car is running a bone stock engine with alot of abuse over the years so we made the call to shut it down at 430. Drove off the dyno and drove home. We could have really leaned on this thing and im confident we could have hit 450whp+ with ease as we have plenty of turbo from the 5451s @xonarotor and more fuel then we need 😂 and we will soon enough to see how far this stock engine will go 😈 Now how long the engine would have survived at that power is another guessing game 😂 but she sure is happy at 430whp 🤘 all tuning done Via EcuIlluminati tuning suite.
