Our juniors have just completed a 6 week block of groundwork. We have covered how to go the ground safely (falling without injuring ourselves), worked on getting up quickly (we don't want to stay on the ground) and looked at various attacks and defences in the ground.
Excellent work from our kids and teens throughout.
We've awarded some new stripes and belts this week, well done to those promoted! Always a joy to help students learn and improve 😊
