Hiking in the South Downs 🌊 and seeing the beautiful Seven Sisters cliffs for the first time!

We took a bus to Cuckmere valley then walked through the Seven Sisters Country Park, descending into Eastbourne at Golden hour 🌄

My legs are feeling it today, but it was so worth it. I can finally feel the strength returning to my body. Walking is so important to me for my physical and mental wellbeing, and one of the hardest challenges to face during pregnancy was the toll it took on my feet and stamina, forcing me to slow down.

Now, I'm so happy it is something I can enjoy with my daughter. We go for walks daily, and hopefully more longer hikes soon (until she's too big to carry!). I hope to one day to take Aya to the Himalayas, show her the places I've trekked and discover new ones 🗻
