good evening ☺️
today it was a very very lovely noon out in camp.
we cooked a typical swiss dish called "Älpler Maggarone" and i used potatoes, penne rigatte noodles, cream, cheese, fresh parsley and bacon plus roasted onions 😄 and of course canned apple compot.
a dream lunch, even when the rain hit hard in our face...
i would not change this part of my life 🤠
feels so good... 🙏
very thankful.
the forest is a good healer.
