I’m starting to regret that I should’ve bought a camera and brought it to aman

But anyway.
This meal was special to me. I asked the staff I loved this dish from a year ago and if they still had it. They said no, but offered me to cook one from scratch. I really didn’t expect that, and this really absolutely made my day, although staying at aman had already made my day so more so it made my whole month, year or more.
Till this day, looking back at it, it still makes me happy. So thank you so so much to all the staff at amanpulo, you guys are the best
