This past Saturday we had our Spanish Lamb Dinner to celebrate the end of another wonderful winter season.
Each member of the chef team made a contribution to the menu and we had a marvelous meal to share with our guests.
The menu featured a tapas style plate, asparagus with poached egg, lamb with saffron, and a goat cheese cheesecake.
It was spectacular.
Our wine director had list of wines to pair and our bar director crafted a white and red sangria.
