April is #HeadandNeckCancerAwarenessMonth! Nearly 4% of all cancer diagnoses in the US develop in the head and neck. With an abundance of lymph nodes in the head and neck, these cancers make patients very susceptible to developing lymphedema.
Spread awareness for head and neck cancers this month, and always make sure to check yourself for unusual pain, bumps, or sensations in the head and neck.
