Communication is HUGE when developing. It’s not about screaming everything you do, it’s about communicating and opening your mouth to talk to your teammates on both ends of the floor so they know what you’re doing. Who wins in a silent gym? The other team. Your opponent.
When you workout, make a habit of calling out actions.
Let a partner know you’re coming to set a screen. Call for the ball. Call someone’s name. Make winning habits a constant in your development.
Don’t be lucky.
