We can’t contain our excitement any longer!!
As some of you may have gleaned from my recent posts, Derek and I are embarking on a new career path. Throughout the course of our relationship many people, both friends and strangers alike, have commented on how inspiring it is to witness our love. Knowing how sacred and precious our connection is, we want to help others experience the same kind of deeply satisfying relationship we are blessed to have. It has been a dream of ours for many years to offer our services as relationship coaches and we are getting ready to do exactly that!
Last October I found a relationship coaching certification program through the Center for Thriving Relationships that is aligned with everything we embody and believe in. Backed by research and the work of John Gottman, Sue Johnson, Janis Spring, Emily Nagoski and other notable experts, we are learning so many incredibly powerful tools to help couples overcome repetitive cycles of conflict, communicate more clearly, listen with empathy and understanding, see the best in each other and rekindle their magic. Nothing brings us more pleasure than to know we will soon be able to impart the wisdom we’ve distilled over our lives and share that with others to be of service in creating more love, harmony and joy in the world.
