Also if they saw my song choices, it would be justified. In the past 6 months, I’ve gotten super into listening to phonk when I work out. I think cross training with classes and less lifting has given my body a time to heal and get even stronger 👀<br />-<br />1️⃣Superset: 4 Rounds<br />✖️Trap Bar Squat: 10<br />✖️Elevated Trap Bar RDL: 10<br />-<br />2️⃣Single Leg RDL: 4 x 10e<br />-<br />3️⃣Back Squat: 4 x 10<br />-<br />4️⃣Tempo Sumo Leg Press: 4 x 8 (3 sec down, check feet position, wide stance, toes pointed slightly out)<br />-<br />5️⃣Donkey Kick Machine: 3 x 10e (sub with weight)<br />-<br />6️⃣Superset: 3 Rounds<br />✖️Adductor Machine: 10 (2 sec hold) <br />✖️Elevated Calf Raises: 10<br />-<br />7️⃣Finisher: <br />✖️Band Assisted Jump Squats: 3 x 10 (explode up)<br />-<br />🍸Enjoy🍸
