Ryan Snipes from @vtopian and @unwindpdx has been working on a special batch of brie, which will be served with 5 spice poached pears. The menu also includes a personal grazing board to kick off the evening! 🧀<br /><br />Vtopian Artisan Cheeses has been handcrafting artisan plant-based cheeses made with local, seasonal & organic ingredients in the Pacific Northwest for the last decade. Under new ownership by Brit & Ryan Snipes of @therealmrefillery and Chef Riley Shepard, Vtopian aims to continue providing the greater Portland community with high-quality dairy alternatives while also showcasing their peers near & far at their new SE Brick & Mortar.
