Let me explain…when you have a notebook full of sketches of said tag & big slash marks for why something won’t work for either packaging, display, size, storage, etc & actual years of brainstorming how to create the perfect tag & you finally feel like you found the solution, it feels like a huge deal!

It’s weird how something as insignificant as a tag feels really significant to me as an artist… it’s like the first thing you notice when you run in from the mailbox & unwrap your Earth Clay package, which I always want to be an epic moment! Plus, if the necklace is a gift for someone, they’ll instantly make the connection to the National Park the necklace represents & all of their memories there. (The little watercolor tag is still attached to the back with all of the details which I’m sure you weren’t worried about but I needed to say it anyway lol)

Anyway, these little babies are looking so great on all of the new sculpts in The Earth Day Drop & it’s just another one of the reasons I’m excited for April 20th!
