As we continue to prepare for this year’s Carmarthen Film Festival #CBFF2024 all the news, updates and information you will need to be posted here. Please follow and share to ensure that you, your team, friends and family stay up to date and in the picture for what is proving to be an exceptional festival this year.
For all the selected filmmakers here is some of the guidance you need to allow us to screen your film both in person and upon the CBFF Sparqfest platform.
We can accept the follow formats for your films - mov, mp4, H.265, ProRes but not DCPs
If you have already accepted your invitation, make sure to log in to the Creator Portal and complete any remaining fields for your film, trailer, posters, and viewing permission.

You can also invite team members to help complete the requested information.
Providing us with all the necessary information before the deadline helps us better ensure that any issues are resolved well in advance of the festival events.
The last day to upload your assets is the 30th of April.
Rest assured, we are currently finalizing the festival schedule and will be ready to announce it very soon. This will give you ample time to plan your attendance and make the most of the festival.
As for the festival itself, all in person and online screening are FREE and we also have an industry day on Wednesday 21st May where we have put together some interesting Q&A, networking events and a few other events. The industry day events are also free, but there will be tickets for you to book via the Sparefest platform. More details to follow soon.
The CBFF Awards Gala, will be on Thursday 22nd May. This is the only paid for event of the festival and tickets are on sale on the venue's website.
