Ladies and gentlemen, it is race time! Second round of the GR Cup and this time around we tackle Kyalami international raceway. A childhood dream going wheel to wheel at this prestigious track. Practice session start and I unfortunately had a little technical difficulties meaning I had to retire after only 3 laps with a time of 2:17:6. The rest of the gang managed to rock on ahead and we had to do it again early this morning as we were the first out on track. My GR Corolla in its full might and I managed a 2:13:5 with a lot to learn ahead of the qualifying session later today. Need to toughen up on some sectors and I’m sure we can drop some time.
