Got to meet an old hero @stevenpauljudd and two new heroes, Billy Luther director #frybreadfaceandme and director Erica Tremblay #fancydance. As much as I love @amnh and the @margaretmeadfilmfestival it’s time to get Native Voices out of the dusty, dinosaur-filled museums and into the bright lights/big city conversations of everyday Americans’ living rooms and movie theaters. Thank you all for your conversation and giving me the chance to thoroughly embarrass myself and my teenage daughter. Just can’t contain my love for Native artists. Sorry/not sorry.
