Hundreds avail of free services of Human papillomavirus vaccination, HIV screening, and cervical cancer screening at the regional launch of the Cervical Cancer Screening Service.
Dr. Annabelle P. Yumang, DOH XI Regional Director, expressed her gratitude to its partner agencies for the successful event. She was also happy to see the response of the public to their call for cervical cancer screening and HPV vaccination.
Cervical cancer screening is already available in the barangay health stations, and healthcare workers are trained to conduct the said services.
