Workplace conflict is inevitable but having a step by step approach can ease the process and help you communicate effectively to resolve the issue.
1️⃣Ask Questions - this can prevent assumptions while gaining clarity around the problem
2️⃣Set Boundaries - establish a boundary based on the shared value you wish to achieve while making a request to align on a goal
3️⃣Be Willing To Negotiate - keep an open mind to hear each person’s perspective or ideas so each person feels heard and understood
4️⃣Create Agreements - that are mutually beneficial for everyone involved
