Crafting just one requires two full days of meticulous work. Each wooden slat is handpicked by our skilled artisans, who carefully observe its grain and chromatic nuances to pair them in a dance of contrasts or harmonious shades.
After the bonding phase, each Café Racer handlebar undergoes CNC machining to sculpt its distinctive sinuous form. Following this step, we patiently await the wood drying process.
We’ve fallen in love with the ritualistic process that defines the production of our wooden handlebars. There’s no hastier method. It demands reverence for the material they’re crafted from.
