Just after @tylerdaleyuk, finished mixing, “My Love Story”. He suggested, I send it, to a few of my nearest and dearest and people, I respect for some feedback.
I did it, not because I wanted validation or reassurance. More to feel out the scope of who was listening and paying attention.
Some responded, some didn’t. Some gave honest feedback and constructive criticism. Others felt, it wasn’t ready because they thought, I wasn’t ready. If I had, to send it to them, for approval.
