One of my most asked questions behind the chair to all of my guests who get some type of highlights or balayage is “What tone do you want to see?”. Whether you have black hair and want a few pops of dimension, or you get full highlights every 8 weeks and are blonde af, the tone of your hair is so important to the final look!
Most of the time when I ask that question, the client either knows exactly what they want cause they’ve been doing it for years, or they look at me blankly cause they’ve never been asked that before.
