Maha Kali, also known as Dark Goddess.
She's a Hindu and Tibetan Buddhost goddess of four arms, a deity of both the creation and destruction cycle. Usually depicted dancing on a corpse of the god Shiva, with a girland of severed heads hanging on her neck like a necklace (Mundamala). The two right hands are often held out in blessing, one in a mudra saying "fear not" (abhayamudra), the other conferring boons. Her left hands hold a severed head and blood-covered sword. The sword severs the bondage of ignorance and ego (tamas), represented by the severed head.
Sometimes, she's holding a sickle, sticking out her tongue, as expressing embarrassment over the realization that her foot is on her husband's chest.
