Team Food & Identity of the PBL group conducted interviews off-campus today.
Before the visit, the students within the group made phone calls to inquire, prepared interview questions, and practiced interview techniques. With the enthusiastic and friendly consent of the restaurant owner, they embarked on their first interview journey.
The students visited the KGB restaurant near the Taipower Building MRT station, where the owner eagerly shared insights about their entrepreneurial journey in Taiwan and personal experiences. The owner also encouraged the students to explore various interests.

PBL小組Team Food & Identity今日至校外進行採訪。
小組內的同學們先致電詢問餐廳受訪意願、準備了訪談內容、在校內練習訪問方式。在老闆熱情又友善的同意進行受訪後，同學們踏出了初次訪問的旅程。
學生們去到了在台電大樓捷運站附近的KGB餐廳，老闆熱切地分享了關於自己在台灣創業的經歷及個人經歷，也鼓勵著學生們多方探索找尋興趣。
