High Protein Peanut Chutney π

π©βπ³ Ingredients :
1 tbsp oil
1/2 cup peanuts π₯
~ Roast peanuts for a few minutes until they turn slight golden brown than add other ingredients
3 tbsp chana dal
3 green chillies (as per your spice level)
4 garlic cloves
~ Roast all ingredients for another few minutes & let them cook down completely before grinding.
In the blender -
Peanut mixture
1 tsp salt (as per taste)
2 tsp tamarind pulp (diluted)
1 cup water (add in two batches as per requirement)
π₯ Tadka -
1.5 tbsp oil
1.5 tsp mustard seeds
2 tsp urad dal
1/2 tsp hing
1-2 dry red chilli πΆοΈ
7-8 curry leaves π
Serve with idli / dosa / chilla or any snack of your choice! π
Can be refrigerated in an air tight container π« for around 5-6 days.
