What's up doc?

If you've got the parkrun bugz things seem to be in place for our comeback. Expect a tutu or two, for two hundred and twenty-two parkruns by one of our OGs.

We'll have a few tutus available for loan if you'd like to join in with that. There'll probably be more antics and arbitrary celebrations besides, plus plenty of folk doing their own thing.

Forecast is surprisingly fresh for the end of April, all the more reason to come sipping a coffee, or stay for a drink afterwards. Starbucks Dunleavy Drive is the most popular location with our community.

And, if you haven't had one, please take a copy of the latest parkrun magazine.

Community cooperation is essential…

🚧 We need to keep a section of path free for marina access, no parkrunners or supporters on the river side of the cones. Follow directions from our #GreenTeam and use the upper gate after finishing, even when going back into the park.

🚲 Bike racks available under the flyover.
πŸš— Park considerately, e.g. use Asda away from entrance CF11 0JR (πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈit's 800m away)

πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§ Under 11’s must stay with an adult.
πŸ•1 dog per runner - *short*, handheld, non-extendable lead.

⏰ Don't cut it too fine: We aim to set off at nine! First timers arrive for 8:50, everyone else by 8:55 please.

πŸ€’ Don't push yourself to come if you're not feeling up it - there's usually a parkrun every week.
