When I started my healing journey 6 years ago I was so desperate for someone to take my pain away and for me to feel the love I longed for all of my life. It wasn't until 3 years ago when I fell into massage/ beauty therapy and doing reiki on others I realised no one is ever going to heal me. I needed to do this for myself.
With the love and strength in my heart and the longing to over come my trauma and find peace, I was able to find so many parts of me that was laying underneath all that conditioning I had growing up. I found true courage and bravery to be the best version of myself going on that path to enlightenment.
Spirituality, meditation, nature, yoga, exercise breathwork, travel, being around good people who lift you up, giving love and kindness to others, nourishing your mind and body with good food and rest. Finding that balance between work and play is so important.
Time seems to be going quickly everyday so it is even more important to make time to saviour every moment, making time for yourself, prioritising peace and happiness. You deserve to feel your best everyday!
