M/Y OLOH — Repairs Usually Means Lots of Dough<br />.<br />.<br />.<br />It’s true, people love to say BOAT stands for “Break Out Another Thousand” but we all know that’s not true 🤣 Talking about a lot of dough…I had this jar of “Everything” season I needed to use and we were hungry for pizza and so I made a batch of dough with Everything seasoning! It was the gift that kept on giving - just like boating - lots of dough and well worth it! I pre-baked my pizza crust. Then made one with olive oil, tomato, basil, burrata and some turkey pepperoni, the other, truffle oil and shredded mozz, smoked clams, sweet Vidalia onion, Castelvetrano olives, arugula and burrata (savory goodness!). Next day; Hearty breakfast! My old man could make some mean breakfast potatoes and so I honor him in my attempts, the leftover dough, after a night in the fridge, became two bagels! Boiled for two minutes each side and then toasted. Perfection! But wait, there’s more. The next day, the last of the dough out of the fridge became the perfect buns for our turkey Reubens (sauerkraut, edam cheese and homemade pickle relish) which we enjoyed underway. Scroll to see them all. The lesson...a lot of dough isn’t always a bad thing!
